Andrew Britt Ii

Andrew  "Andy" Britt II, 69 of Hope Mills, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 in his home with family by his side.

Born April 25, 1952 in Dillon, SC, Andy was the son of the late Robert Britt and Allie McCormic Britt. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Britt.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Britt; son, Mark Britt and his wife Samantha; son, Jonathan Britt and his wife Amber; grandchildren, Drew, Cody, Izzy, Gabbie, and Sully Britt; brothers, Bobby, Jimmy, Tommy, Mike, and Charles Britt; his best friend, Cricket, the Boykin Spaniel; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of other family members and friends.

Andy worked as a tire builder for 37 years at Kelly Springfield / Goodyear. He was a strong and devout Christian man who was a member of Lake Lynn Baptist Church for 45 years. His life was defined by his church, his family, baseball, and hunting.

Many lives were impacted by the loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend he was, and Andy will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
