Mr. McDowell is survived by wife, Deidree; children, Benita Hueston, Chelsea McDowell, and Anisha McDowell; parents; siblings, Carolyn Thompson, Elaine Douglas, Wanda Jones, Linda Worley, Shirley McDowell, Bernise Moody, Debra Stover, Charles McDowell, Patricia Hall, Donna McDowell, Anthony McDowell, and Teresa Whittington; one granddaughter, London Johnson.
