Charles Ray Lewis, 80, of Raeford, NC, died Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Born on January 8, 1937 in Fayetteville, NC, Charles was the son of the late David James Lewis, Sr. and Hazel Smith Lewis.
He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as an Electronics Engineer with NASA.
Charles is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathy Lewis; and several other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to Duke Health in support of the Scott Palmer Transplant Research Fund.
