Charles Edward Raynor,65 of Fayetteville, beloved husband, father, brother, and son, passed away suddenly on Friday night doing what he loved, fishing. He was known as "Boppa" to his precious grandsons, Isaac Charles and Lucas Warren and Uncle Charles to his favorite nephews and niece, Matthew, Jacob and Olivia.

Charles was a behind the scenes person who loved dogs and the outdoors, but most of all he loved children. He loved making games to play with children, especially for VBS at Westminster Presbyterian Church. He will be missed greatly.

He is preceded in death by his mother Edith McDonald Harris.

Charles is survived by his wife of 42 years, Marie McLauchlin Raynor; son, Brian Raynor and wife Rachel. He is survived by his dad, John C. Harris, Sr.; his brothers, Charland Raynor, Teddy Harris and Tim Harris and his sister Debbie Jones. He is also survived by his father, Charles H. Raynor and his stepmother Reva.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church 2505 Village Drive Fayetteville, NC 28304.
