Curri Young

Curri Faircloth Young, 60, of Hope Mills, died Monday, January 9, 2017 in Fayetteville.

Born in Hope Mills, she was the daughter of the late Harold Faircloth and Ruth Blake Barr.

Along with her parents, Curri was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ravan Blair Wilkinson; and a brother, William Blake Faircloth.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Young; daughter, Amy Wilkinson of Hope Mills; grandchildren, Ashlyn Wilkinson, Jaimee Alexander, Jacob Sports, Henley Sports and Gregory Beckman all of Hope Mills, Tyler Beck of TX and Domenic Alexander of Fort Stewart, GA; sisters, Marianna Calhoun of Wilmington, Rebecca "Tom" Matthews and Doralynn Beck-Lewis, both of Hope Mills; brothers, Cam Faircloth of Monroe, GA and Walt Beck of Fayetteville; special aunt, Merle Johnson of Hope Mills; and numerous other family and friends.

Curri loved cooking and making crafts. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
