Curtis Ray Clark, 69 of Fayetteville to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
He retired from the U. S. Army serving with Special Forces. He taught Auto Mechanics at Southview High School and later retired from the Post office. He was active in his church and served as a deacon before his illness.
He is survived by his wife Carole Clark of forty-five years; son, Curtis Ray Clark II and wife Jennifer of Lewisburg, West VA, a daughter, Dawn Seegars and husband Michael of Parkton; nine grandchildren ; two brothers, Jerry and Charles Clark of Texas and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 12 Noon at Temple Baptist Church. Sandorosa Drive, Fayetteville. Burial to follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, March 19, 2012 from 6-8 PM at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services in Hope Mills.
