Daniel Jesse Nededog

Retired U.S. Army SFC Daniel J. Nededog, 48, of Fayetteville, NC, was called home to join his Eternal Life on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in his lifelong home.

Now joining his Heavenly family, Daniel has been reunited with his mother, Delia S.N. Nededog; grandparents, Jesus C. & Isabel S. San Nicolas, and Maria C. Nededog; father-in-law, Antonio C. Duenas; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loved ones.

Daniel will be forever missed by his wife: Zina D. Nededog of Fayetteville, daughter: Erin C. Nededog of Fayetteville, father & stepmother: Antonio C. and Ellen Nededog of Killeen, TX, brothers, sisters and their spouses: Anthony P. & Misty Nededog (Kirsten, Antonio, Joshua, Ashley, Neil t, Crystal, Craig and their families) of Bryan, OH; Geraldine S.N. Serralta (Jesse, Matteo and their families) of Salado, TX; Marie N. & Francisco Guerrero (Desiree, Rico, Anastasia, Francisco, Isaiah and their families) of Mangilao, GU; Denise N. & Benjamin Eseroma (Arianna, Amaya and Atlas) of Kempner, TX; Andrew J. & Imee Nededog (Jaden, Leiana, Cadassi and Archer) of Ethel, WA; and Sean C. & Kayla Nededog (Liam and Cori) of Harker Heights, TX, mother-in-law: Soledad “Laling” B. Duenas, brothers-in-law and their spouses: Steven P. & Shannon Duenas (Anna-Therese, Matthew-Steven, Kristian-Lea and Mikayla-Kai) of Fayetteville and Robert A. & Deborah Duenas (Joseph, Joel, Jacklyn, Samantha, Jacqueline, Ricky and their families) of Hope Mills, NC, alongside many other nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, loved ones and soldiers.

The family is welcoming visitors to celebrate the life of SFC Daniel Nededog on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. The viewing will take place from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m., followed by the rosary at 11:30, and a funeral mass from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m. at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services of Hope Mills. Interment with full military honors will be at 2:00 p.m. at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
