Deborah Ross

Deborah "Debby" Susan Ross, 59 of Hope Mills died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Ross; daughter; Amanda Ross Mazey and husband Randy of Fort Worth, Texas, ; father, George Paul McCormick, brother, Paul McCormick and wife Kay of Boulder, Colorado and grandchildren, Weston and Sierra Mazey of Fort Worth, Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother, Emma McCormick.

Debby was a beloved wife, mother and nana. She was happily married for 40 years to her husband and best friend, Steve. She was never more alive than when she was in Wyoming... fishing, hiking, camping or kayaking. She also loved the North Carolina coast where she and her family spent many wonderful years boating and fishing. Debby adored her two grandchildren, two granddogs, daughter and son-in-law and will be greatly missed by anyone who ever knew her.
