Dewey Young

Dewey DeWayne Young, 66 of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

Born in Henry County, Indiana, Dewey is the son of the late Dewey Earl and Rita Patricia Glynn Young.

He is survived by his wife, Regina Chappell Young; daughters, Brandy Young Bergen and husband Thomas, Heather Lewis; sons, Josh Young, Travis Young and wife Samantha; grandchildren, Jordan Young, Jenna Young, Jayden Young, Trace Bergen, Elizabeth Bergen, McKenna Young, Dawson Young, Addisyn Young, Charli Mae Young; sisters, Rebecca Behensky, Debra Ballard, Diana Holland; brother, Ernie Young; and nieces, Melissa Rodriguez and Angie Chappell Rascon.

Dewey enjoyed various activities to include working on CB Radios, working outside in his yard, and he loved everything truckin'. He was an outgoing person who liked talking to everyone, or as he would say, "just bull-shittin." Dewey will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
