Elizabeth Faircloth Carter, 88, of Fayetteville, died November 14, 2014 at her home.
Born in Sampson County, she is the daughter of James Blaney Faircloth and Rhodia Maynor Faircloth.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Wesley Carter; siblings, John Faircloth, Milton Faircloth, Eldwood Faircloth, Harson Woods, Catherine Rains, Ardela Jones, William Blaney Faircloth and Laurine Emanuel.
She is survived by her children, Cher Pearce, Terry Barris, Kay Collins, Pam Razo, and Dee Telling; 9 grandchildren, Cheryl McGuire, Chris Parrish, Sammy Carter, Melissa Chavis, Candace Brewington, Ryan Barris, Cory Telling, and Courtney Macias, Ashleigh Smith; 13 great grandchildren, Christopher Parrish, Aubrey Carter, James Parrish, Camryn Carter, Thomas Parrish, Logan McGuire, Kayla Chavis, Lyric Brewington, Legend Brewington, Kayden Telling, Mercy Macias, Khloe Telling and Jayden Chavis.
Mrs. Carter worked at Black & Decker over 15 years. She also was a member of Praise Fellowship Church of God. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
