Emma Olivia Stubbs

Emma Olivia Strickland Stubbs, 85 of Hope Mills, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024, with her family by her side.

Born August 22, 1938, in Sampson County, she is the daughter of the late LeRoyal and Matha Byrd Strickland.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Stubbs; a great-great granddaughter, Taylor Warren; and six brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her three children, a son Eddie (Lisa), daughters, Loretta (Marshall) and Lisa; 23 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Thelma (Robert) Cook; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
