Eugene Brown

Mr. Eugene Spirus Brown, Sr. 63 of Fayetteville died Saturday September 2, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Born in Wilson County, NC Mr. Brown was the son of the late Eugene Guy and Betty Bailey Brown, Sr. He is also preceded in death by his son, Eugene Spirus Brown, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Georgia Brown; daughters, Virginia L. Brown & husband Nicholas and Lisa Ann Thompkins and husband Marshall both of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Christopher Hyz & wife Kimberly of Hoke County, Kristen Green & husband Alex, Kelly Green , Brittany Hyz & husband Ja'quan, Bryce Hyz, Joseph Gullory, Chi Thompkins and Elizabeth Korter all of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Alexa, Sofia, McKenzie, Bladen and Kymani; sister, Geraldine Brown of NC.

Mr. Brown was a veteran of the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict and was the owner of ASAP Towing.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
