Evelyn Porter

Mary "Evelyn" Fell Porter, 88 of Hope Mills passed away Tuesday April 20 at her residence.

Born in Jasper County, SC she is the daughter of the late Willie Frazier Fell, Sr. and Mary Garbade Fell.  She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Elizabeth Fell Porter; sister, Anna Mae Fell; brother, Willie Frazier Fell, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ware Porter, Sr.; sons, Kenneth Ware Porter, Jr. & wife Angela Gilland and Steve Randall Porter; grandson, Jason Samuel Porter & wife Alise Leggat; great grandchildren, Olive Elizabeth Porter, Miles Porter and Winston Porter; sister, Ida Fell Vanderlip & husband Charles.

She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

There will be a private graveside funeral service.
