Floyd Robinson

SFC Floyd Henry Robinson, Jr., 74, of Parkton, passed away, June 25, 2017.

Born in West Virginia, he is the son of Edna Mae McCracken Robinson and Floyd Henry Robinson, Sr..

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Trinia Robinson, and a brother, Ray Allen Robinson.

Mr. Robinson served in the US Army and retired after 21 years of service. He enjoyed reading history, listening to old country music, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by three daughters, Pamela Hubbard of Fayetteville; Julie Dorey and husband Michael of Hamlet, and Lori Baker of Memphis, TN.; a son, Floyd William Robinson and wife Laura of Shady Spring, WVa..; grandchildren, Vivian Shaffer, Jessica McCowan, Caitlin Baker, Kristen Baker, Chase Hubbard, Alicicia Barnhill, Jessica Dorey, Dustin Dorey, Phoebe George; great grandchildren, Jaxon Boxwell, and Colton Barnhill; sisters, Wanda Watkins of Oakhill, WVa., and Joan Osborn of Carlisle, WVa..; and a brother, Henry Robinson of Brandenburg, KY.

Mr. Robinson will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
