Genore Powell

Genore Williamson Powell, 80, of Fayettevile, died Sunday, November 15, 2015.

Born in Dillon, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Will David and Monnie Herring Williamson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Powell and 2 sisters, Ruth Edwards and Annie Burr.

She is survived by 3 sons, Kenneth Powell and wife Jan LaVerne, David Powell and wife Cheyenne, Shelton Powell and wife Penny, a daughter, Glenda Alexander and husband Larry and a brother, Jimmy Williamson, all of Fayetteville; 13 grandchildren, Angela, Crystal, Debbie, Tonya, Amanda, Nicole, Kerry, Brandy, Shelton Jr., Kayla, Dustin, Kenneth, and James; 28 great grandchildren, Christopher, Austin, Alexias, Chloe, Allyssa, Kelsey, Brandon, Mikey, Landon, Ethan, Mason, Izabella, Shelton Lee, Kenneth, Kameron, Morgan, Austin, Nick, Hannah, Alexias, Isabelle, Don, Robert, Kandice, Haylea, Markie David, Shawn, and Kenny.
