Gertrude Herring

Gertrude Hobbs Herring, 88, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, October 6, 2013.
She was born on February 7, 1925 in Harnett County, NC.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services in Hope Mills.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30pm Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Hope Mills Pentecostal Holiness Church in Hope Mills, with Pastor Elton Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
Gertrude leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Janice Anderson-Herring; sister, Eunice Thompson; sister, Jewel Paige; brother, W.C. Hobbs; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Gertrude was deeply Loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
