Glenn Cook

Glenn Worth Cook, Sr. age 83 of Fayetteville died Wednesday January 26, 2011 at his residence.

Born in Cumberland County he is the son of the late Ernest and Ida Lindsay Cook.

Glenn enlisted in the Navy in 1944 and then the Air Force in 1948. He served in WWII, the Korean War and Vietnam. He retired after 21 years of service. He retired from Monsanto in 1989. He spent the remainder of his life bringing smiles and laughter to those closest to him.

Beloved husband of Lillian for 58 years. Dear father of Glenn Jr., who left us in 2001, David, Gary (Shelia), Angie and Lisa, (Sean Seever). Grandfather of Jenni (John Reck), Krissi (Jason Meyers), Lauren and Megan Cook, Joshua, Abigail and Jason Garlow, Jacob Herrick and Sara Seever. Great grandfather of Savannah, McKenzie, Jason and Glenn. Great Great grandfather of Juliette. Brother of Carmen Henderson and Helen Caskey.
