Janice Hite

Janice Chappell Hite, 84 of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at the NC State Veterans Home in Fayetteville.

Born April 28, 1937 in Surry County, NC, Janice is the daughter of the late Eugene and Reba Fitzgerald Chappell. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Stuart Hite and daughter-in-law, Teresa Hite.

Janice is survived by her daughters, Toni Stewart and Tammy Hite; son, Timothy Hite; grandchildren, Bailey Fisher and Chelsey Colon; and a host of other family and friends.

Janice was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
