Jay Barton

James Paul "Jay" Barton IV, 34 of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

Born April 1, 1988 in Fayetteville, NC, Jay was the son of the late James Paul Barton III and Amy Allison Barton. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Milton Horne; paternal grandparents, Jim and Joanne Barton; and uncle, Kevin Horne.

Jay is survived by his daughter, Allison Barton; maternal grandmother, Sandra H. Horne; and a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, and devoted friends.

He will greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
