Jerry Wayne Smith Sr., 65, died Monday, September 10, 2012.



Jerry was born March 15, 1947 in St. Pauls, North Carolina to the late David and Georgia Smith.



Funeral services, Monday, September 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest funeral and Cremation Services of Hope Mills. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral ceremony  in Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Pauls, NC.



Surviving are wife, Kathy Smith; children, Jerry Smith, Jr., David Smith, Steve Smith, Connie Smith; siblings, James Smith, Georgetta Rapp, Connie Arieno, Gloria Jean, Sharon and one grandson, Andrew Smith.
