Jessie Nunnery

Jessie Mae Nunnery, 87 of Fayetteville,  passed away November 4, 2021 surrounded by family.

Born in Robeson County, she is the daughter of Lonnie and Ada Sanders Strickland.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband James Fred Strickland.

She is survived by daughters, Mandy Adams, Janice Kjellberg and husband David, Judy Oakley and husband James and Kathy Scoggins; sons, Freddie Strickland and William Strickland; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Faith Wesleyan Church, 2922 Legion Road, Fayetteville.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.    Burial will follow in Sandy Horne Family Cemetery, Autryville, NC.
