Joanne Hamilton

JoAnne Chrismon Hamilton, 85 of Hope Mills, NC, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

Born July 13, 1937 in Maryville, TN, JoAnne is the daughter of the late Thomas Lee Fagg and Frances Irene Walker Fagg. She is also preceded by her husband, John William Hamilton; sons, David Spencer Chrismon and James Thomas Chrismon; brother, Thomas Lee Fagg, Jr.; and sister, Mary Jane Hensley.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Lee Hamilton and wife Shari of Summerville, SC; son, Randy Wayne Hamilton and wife Debbie of Hope Mills, NC ; daughter, Barbara Anne Mott and husband Morton of Hope Mills, NC; son, Lawrence Alan Chrismon and wife Michelle of Midwest City, OK; daughter, Terri Lynn Hamilton and husband Dean of La Crosse, WI; son, Bryan O’Dell Chrismon and wife Liz of Garner, NC; 22 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, David Edward Fagg and wife Patti of Maryville, TN; and a host of other family and friends.

JoAnne was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
