Joseph Aguon

Retired US Army SFC Joseph Peter Aguon, 56, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, September 5, 2013 in Fayetteville.
He was born on January 26, 1957 in Agana, Guam to the late Jose Manglona and Emperatriz Ignacio Aguon. He served in the US Army for over 22 years before retiring.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Jesus, John, and Ben.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Darlene; daughtrer, Joina; son, Joseph, Jr.; four sisters, Dot, Sylvia, Rose, and Josephine; brother, Tony; two grandsons, Ke'Shaun and Jayden; and a step-grandson, Dakota.
Joseph was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
