Kristina Lynn "Kristie" Peters, 28, of Clinton, NC, died Friday, June 6, 2014.

She was born October 17, 1985 in Durham County, NC.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services in Hope Mills, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Kristina is survived by her father, Kurtis Peters of Fayetteville; mother and stepfather, Theresa and David Akins of Fayetteville; sisters. Nicole Flynn and husband John, Jennifer Hatley and husband Scott, all of Fayetteville, and Alishia Rice and husband Chris of Lillington; brothers, Wayne Peters, Travis Akins, both of Fayetteville, and David Lee Akins, Jr. of Lillington; grandparents, Rufus and Judi Peters of Fayetteville; grandmother and step grandfather, Barbara and David Fell of Fayetteville. She was a loving aunt to eight nieces and six nephews.

Kristina will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
