Kyle Smith

Kyle Ashton Smith, 23, of Hope Mills, died Saturday, May 12, 2018.

He was born October 24, 1994 in Cumberland County, and was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Mills and stepfather, Monroe Buckner.

Kyle is survived by his mother, Michelle Mills; father, Eddie Smith; brother, Erik Smith; sister, Morgan Buckner; brother, Zack Buckner; grandparents, Edward and Barbara Smith; grandmother, Linda Mills; niece, Isabella Rodriguez; uncles, Larry Mills, Jr. and Bryan Smith; aunt, Patricia Smith; several cousins; and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services of Hope Mills.

Following the service, the family welcomes everyone to a celebration of Kyle's life at the family's residence for a time of reflections and memories.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
