He is survived by his wife, Jessica Grullon, children: Adrianna and Lisandro Grullon of Cameron, North Carolina; parents, Mercedes Grullon and Eugenio Grullon and sister, Ashley Grullon of Manhattan, New York; brothers, Joshua Grullon of Manhattan, New York and Eugenio Grullon of Cameron, North Carolina; grandparents, Luz & Enrique Fernandez of the Dominican Republic.
