Margaret Joanne Barnes passed away on November 26, 2023. She was born on June 6, 1947, in Akron County, Ohio to the late Thomas and Evelyn Barnes.

She leaves behind her sisters, Marie White and husband Larry, Maribeth Barnes, Rebecca Barnes and life partner Chris, and brother Robert Barnes.

Her brother, William Barnes, preceded her in death.

She was well known for her love of NASA and had the privilege of working with NASA during her career. In addition to her professional achievements, Margaret had a talent for cooking and baking. She took immense pleasure in preparing delicious meals for her loved ones.

Margaret's infectious enthusiasm for NASA and culinary arts will continue to ignite the creative spark within those she touched. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
