Margaret D. Swanson, 83, of Hope Mills, died Saturday, May 6, 2017.
Born on December 26, 1933 in Hope Mills, she was the daughter of the late Lee Davis and Ida Harrelson Davis.
Along with her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Hinton.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Swanson, and Thomas Swanson and wife Kay; grandchildren, Holden, Andrea, Kelsie and JoAnna; and a nephew, John Davis.
Margaret was a lifetime member of Hope Mills United Methodist Church.
She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
