Michelle Lovingood

Michelle Lovingood, 92 of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

Born on October 1, 1931 in Lenoir City, TN, Michelle was the daughter of the late Sam Smalling and Vergie Cook Smalling. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Winton Lovingood and her siblings, Charlotte, H.T., Bud, Maryland, and Gwen.

Michelle spent most of her life in Tennessee before eventually moving to North Carolina. She left her mark in Tennessee working at the first Walmart in Maryville, TN before retiring after 25 years and also working in childcare for another 15 years. In her spare time, Michelle enjoyed sewing and cooking, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She will be forever cherished by her daughter, Pamela Rojas; son, Tommy Keyees; grandchildren, Ricky Anglea and his wife Michelle, Patrick Anglea and his wife Tina, and Kris Keyees and his wife Paige; great grandchildren, Abigail, Madilyn, Gabryella, Johnathan, Uriah, Faith, Daniel, and Brooks; great-great grandchildren, Elijah, Ezra, and Ezekiel; siblings, Edna, Dwight, Christine, Carlene, and Millie; and a host of other extended family and friends.

Michelle will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
