Born in Cumberland County, he is the son of the late Donnie and Ruby Hall Bullock.

Mr. Bullock is survived by a son, Jason Bullock and wife Brittany of Fayetteville; daughter, Jessica Bullock of Hope Mills; sister, Diane Combs and husband Mike of Fayetteville; brothers, Jay Bullock and Kimi of Selma and Tommy Bullock of Fayetteville; grandchildren; Clint and Mason Bullock; nephew Justin Bullock and niece, Ashley Bullock.
