Minnie Ashcraft

SOUTH PORT - Mrs. Minnie Ruth "Boots" Caldwell-Ashcraft, 78, of South Port, formerly of Fayetteville, died Saturday, Jan 16, 2010.

Boots was preceded in death by her husband SGM Lee Ashcraft and by her parents Roy and Lois Caldwell of McColl, SC., and brothers RB, James, and Bobbie Caldwell.

She is survived by two sons, Steve Ashcraft and wife Virginia of Fayetteville, Dan Ashcraft and wife Jane of Lakeland, Fl.; four daughters, Linda Williams and husband Richard of Hope Mills, Lois Holliday and husband Garry of Winter Haven, Fl., Deborah Robertson and husband Gary of Hope Mills, and Sherry Meade of South Port; her sister Mignon Graves of McColl, SC; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Hospice, 2175 Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304 for their compassionate service and care.
