Patricia Thompkins

Patricia A. Thompkins, 78 of Hope Mills, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Born December 8, 1942 in Chattanooga, TN, she is the daughter of the late Roy Weathers and Ruth Ann Smith Weathers.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Tommy Thompkins; son, Steven Compton and wife Melissa; daughter, Timberly Everette and husband Dean; son, Greg Compton and wife Tammi; daughter, Missy Russell and husband Jeff; son, Chris Thompkins and wife LeAnn; daughter, Paige Rogers and husband Talmadge; grandchildren, Joey Russell, Dustin Compton, Michael Russell, Austin Everette, Brooke Thompkins, Lauren Rogers, Payton Hanna, John Hanna, Aaron Salkeld, and Jennifer Salkeld; and several great grandchildren.

Patricia was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who deeply loved the Lord.  She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
