Rebecca Marie Dawson

Rebecca Dawson, 46 of Fayetteville, passed away December 16, 2023. 

Born in England, she is the daughter of Wayne Hollingsworth, and the late Zola Hollingsworth. 

She is survived by her husband, Avan Dawson; sons, Dean Hollingsworth, Dalton Hollingsworth, Deven Hollingsworth; grandchildren, Brantley Hollingsworth, Casey Hollingsworth; brothers, Jay Sessoms, Kenneth Hollingsworth, Thomas Hollingsworth; mother-in-law, Marilyn Williams; father-in-law, Gary Williams; and sister-in-law, Sharon Scott and her husband James. 

Rebecca worked at Woodland Terrace in Cary, NC. In her free time she enjoyed playing pool.  She loved cats, butterflies, and sunflowers, and had a collection of sock monkeys. Rebecca loved her family and friends.  She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.  

The family will receive friends, Saturday, December 23, 2023,  from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, at the funeral home,  followed by a funeral service conducted by Pastor Gabrilla Garrett.
