Robert Howard Pierce, 82, of 5925 Spinner Road, Hope Mills, died Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Marcy 10, 2010 at Cumberland Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife Marie Pierce; five sons, Bobby Pierce, Leslie Pierce, Mike Pierce, Randall Pierce; step-daughter, Donna Dixon; brother Arlie Pierce; half-brothers, Steve Pierce, Jimmy Pierce; half-sisters, Janice Huddleston, sharon Hayes, Judy Dewitt; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
