Sarah W. Epps, 84, of Fayetteville, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
Born in Cumberland County, she was the daughter of the late Bundy and Bell Worrell. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Epps and a daughter, Elizabeth Fortner Snyder.
She is survived by her son, Richard Michael Fortner, II; grandchildren, Christopher Snyder and wife Melissa, Jennifer Mattes and husband Joey, Lisa Vest and husband Paul, Rhonda Carpeso and husband Michael and Richard Michael Fortner, III; and great grandchildren, Allen Snyder, Clay Snyder, Jordan Fleming, Hunter Fleming, Dillon Carpeso, Mason Carpeso, Torrence Vest, Logan Vest, and Nicholas Vest.
