Shelton Ray Cox 82 of Hope Mills died Thursday February 2, 2017 at Cumberland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was the son of the late Joe and Pearl McLamb Cox.
He is survived by his wife, Eloise Jernigan Cox; daughters, Camilla Lynn Cox of Raeford and Katie Cox Kozik of Hope Mills; 2 sisters, Glenda Jernigan & husband Archie, Jr. and Bessie Tart both of Benson
1 brother Tommy Joe Cox & wife Joyce of Sanford
Mr. Cox was retired from PWC and some of his hobbies included fishing, gardening, country music or anything outdoors.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
