Tylin Hansell

Tylin Christian Hansell 16, of Hope Mills, died January 22, 2013 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Born in Clarksville, Tennessee, July 31, 1996, Tylin and his family moved to Hope Mills. At present, he attended Southview High School and enjoyed playing football for the Southview Tigers and also played arena football for the Fayetteville Guard. He also enjoyed track and shot put. Like most young adults, Tylin loved twitting and playing video games. His favorite was "Call of Duty." He attended Good Shepherd Catholic Church and volunteered with the church doing work for the Alms House.

He is survived by his parents, Tracy and Peggy Hansell; two sisters, Alyssa and Llesenia all of Hope Mills; maternal grandparent, Pansy Landry of Iota, LA; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Susan Hansell of Anchorage, Ak; best friends, Ricky Cizek Oklahoma, Gina Celata Carrigan Lord, Trey Duncombe, Brian Yetter, Hwangya Song, Derek Hoang, Anjana Biju, Samantha Horner.

Tylin is preceded in death by his best friend, Nick Raul's who passed February 7, 2010.
