Vergie Hayes

Vergie Hayes, 57, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Fayetteville.

Born November 23, 1959 in Anne Arundel County, MD, Vergie was the daughter of the late James and Katherine Hayes. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Baltimore, MD and Changing Your Life Ministry in NC.

She is survived by her stepmother, Bernice Hayes; two sons, DeShawn and Derrick Sellman; one daughter, Tanitra Sellman; two brothers, Gregory Hayes and Howard Mosley; one sister, Valerie Smith; two uncles; five aunts; and three grandchildren, one she raised, Brian Thomas.

Vergie will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
