Wayne Hardee, Jr.

Wayne Jackson Hardee, Jr., 46 of Hope Mills, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 in his home surrounded by family.

Born January 26, 1975 in Cumberland County, Wayne was the son of Wayne Jackson Hardee, Sr. and the late Barbara Ann Froman.

Along with his father, he is also survived by his wife, Melissa Davis; daughter, Racheal Hardee; daughter, Savanna Hardee; son, Wayne Hardee III; daughter, Nevaeh Brehm; grandchildren, Frankie Welsh, Braxtyn Welsh, Omar Hernandez, Nicholas Hernandez, Ariana Hernandez, and Elissa Hernandez; sister, Carla Hardee; sister, Angel Hardee; brother, Charles Hardee; and a host of other extended family and friends.

Wayne was a down home country boy who enjoyed beach fishing, four wheeling, and race cars. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
