William Johnson

Mr. William "Willie"  F. Johnson 72 of Fayetteville died February 19, 2012 at his residence.



Born in Cumberland County, he is the son of Robert and Mary Caulder Johnson.



Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Patricia Johnson of the home; son, Chris and wife DeeDee of Fayetteville; grandson, Stone Johnson; four brothers, Robert Johnson and wife Nancy  of Harrison Township, MI., Larry Cedric Johnson  and wife Claudia  of Eastover, Donald Johnson and wife Georgia of Raeford, Mitchell Johnson  and wife Nia  of Richmond, VA; and brother-in-law, Jim Buie, Sr., and wife Beverly of Fayetteville.



He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Wilma White, Aris Ahumade, Mary Ellen Domingues and Gail Johnson.



Mr. Johnson attended Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.  He enjoyed Nascar, soft ball and classic cars.    A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Tuesday, February 21st  at the funeral home.
