Fayetteville, NC

Priscilla McMillan, a beloved wife and mother, of Fayetteville, NC, died on July 28, 2021, at the age of 80.

Priscilla is survived by her husband of 62 years, David O. McMillan; her daughters, Elizabeth Back and husband Joseph, Hope Semprevivo and husband Glenn, and Christina McMillan and son James McMillan; and two grandchildren, Jessica Barkley and Christian McMillan. Priscilla was the most exceptional woman that we were blessed by God to have in this family. She was such a giving and nurturing soul and was loved by all that knew her.

Throughout the years, she worked at the FBI and became the first woman to be certified as a Woman Minority Construction Company. Her and David built three construction companies together. She was the director of a charity called Parents Helping Parents. After her retirement she taught creative writing classes at FTCC. She was a published author, song writer and poet. She had many talents which included sewing, ceramics, fishing, quilting and researching ancestry. When it came to cooking, she was known best for making chicken & pastry and pecan pie. She was devoted to Our Lord and her family.
